Nifty and Sensex are trading in the red following weakness in several sectors. Metal and PSU Bank index lose steam, while Bank index trades in green with Axis Bank leading the bandwagon by gaining 5%. the S&P BSE Sensex is trading at 33,207, down by 58 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 10,333 down by 30 points. The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down by 0.09% at 16,549.66 whereas BSE Small-cap Index is trading up by 0.12% at 17,540. Axis Bank, HCL, Ambuja Cement, PowerGrid and Indusland Bank are among the gainers, whereas HP, Infratel, Hindalco, SBI Bank and Coal India are losing steam on NSE. Some buying seen in FMCG, Power, Reality, Consumer Durables and Capital Goods, while Basic Materials, Energy, Industrials, IT, Utilities, Auto, Metal, Oil& Gas, and Teck sector show weakness on the BSE.

Reliance Communications – Reliance Communications has given a new plan to repay loans of Rs 45,733 crore to the lenders.Selling the company’s assets is intended to repay a debt of Rs 17,000 crore. By selling commercial real estate, he will pay a loan of Rs 10,000 crore. The debtor will turn into debt equity of Rs 7,100 crore. The share of banks in the company will be 51 per cent. The company will have a loan of up to Rs 6,000 crore.
BEL – In the second quarter of fiscal year 2018, BEL’s profits increased 19 percent to Rs 412 crore. In the second quarter of FY 2017, BEL’s profits were Rs 346 crores. In the second quarter of fiscal year 2018, the income of BEL has gone up by 45.4 per cent to Rs 2,476 crore. In the second quarter of the financial year 2017, BEL’s income was Rs 1703 crores. In the July-September quarter on the basis of year-on-year basis, the bid of Ableeta has increased from Rs 338 crore to Rs 595 crore. In the second quarter on the basis of the second quarter, the EBITDA margin of BEL has increased from 18.9 per cent to 24 per cent.
LIC Housing -The second quarter of the financial year 2018, LIC Housing’s profits fell 1.2 percent to Rs 489.1 crore. LIC Housing’s profit was Rs 494.8 crores in the second quarter of fiscal year 2017. In the second quarter of fiscal year 2018, the income of LIC Housing has increased 6.5 percent to Rs 3,717 crore. LIC Housing’s income was Rs 3,459 crores in the second quarter of FY2017.
