Benchmark indices fell further in morning, with the Nifty breaking 10,050 level, weighed by banking & financials stocks. The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 167.35 points at 32,309.39 and the 50-share NSE Nifty fell 47.40 points to 10,034.10. About 1,181 shares declined against 721 advancing shares on the BSE.

Reliance infra – In the first quarter of fiscal year 2018, Reliance Infra’s profits declined 23.8 percent to Rs 334.2 crore. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2017, Reliance Infra’s profit was Rs 438.8 crores. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2018, the revenue of Reliance Infra rose 8 percent to Rs 7559.4 crore. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2017, the revenue of Reliance Infra was Rs 7001.6 crore.
MRPL – According to the CAG audit report on MRPL, the company has lost a deficit of Rs 13.7 crore till September 2016. The reason for the deficit is not to hedge ECB loan. According to the report, MRPL kept Rs 768.46 crore in non-interest current account.
