Benchmark indices were mildly lower amid consolidation, tracking subdued trade in Asian markets, and after investors digested Moody’s India rating upgrade. The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 30.71 points at 33,312.09 and the 50-share NSE Nifty declined 15.80 points to 10,267.80. The broader markets outperformed benchmarks on positive breadth. About 1,359 shares advanced against 857 declining shares on the BSE.

This C-Link, built at a cost of Rs. 8650 crores, will connect to Nhava Sheva of Shivi and Navi Mumbai in Mumbai. This bridge is about 22 kilometers long. This will reduce the distance from Navi Mumbai to Mumbai. The goal of the government is to start traveling people with the Trans Harbor Link by 2022.

Mayur Unicoters – The board of Peacock Unicoters has approved the buyback of 4.5 lakh shares at a price of Rs 550 per share.
Himatsingka – Kotak Mahindra Asset Management bought 9.4 lakh shares of Himatsinghanka at a price of Rs 333 per share.
HDFC Standard Life – MTBJ AC Nomura has bought 1.93 lakh shares of HDFC Standard Life at a price of Rs 325.13 per share.
